Lady Nordia P. Rose, a  native of the island of Jamaica, is a woman who loves the Lord and her family. Lady Rose grew up in the church and accepted the Lord as her savior at age nine. She learned early how important it was to trust God and accredits much of her spiritual growth to her childhood biblical teachings. At the age of twelve, Lady Rose moved to Baltimore, Maryland with her mother and siblings – four older and one younger. Once there she quickly untied with Christian Unity Temple and got involved right away.  She participated in various ministries in her beloved childhood church: youth choir, usher, evangelism and mission’s ministry. Lady Rose is without a doubt a “church girl”.

Nordia Rose is the First Lady of the New Covenant Baptist Church of Orlando. Serving alongside her husband, Pastor Leroy Rose, she supports ministry efforts in any compacity needed. Lady Rose is passionate about families and the ministry seasons of her life reflects such. Nordia has worked with Youth Ministry and  enjoys impacting the lives of young people in a positive way. She has served in numerous areas in the youth ministry at New Covenant – Children’s Church and Nursery Coordinator, Youth Director and founder of Daughters of the Covenant. Additionally, she has been Ministry Leader for the Family Life Ministry, Scholarship Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Couples’ ministry and pastoral counseling in conjunction with Pastor Rose. The Lord has used Lady Rose to push and promote all aspects of ministry to families in a way that has proved to be effective. God be praised!
